The Seeker is monitoring progress of High Lady Suroth's agents who are hunting for sul'dam deserters. He travels on Bayle Domon's smuggling ships. He checks in on Egeanin in Tanchico and has her sketch out a map of Tanchico and its defenses. (TSR,Ch38)
The Seeker accosts Juilin who thinks he is a robber. (TSR,Ch51)
The Seeker attacks Thom just as Juilin and Bayle arrive. They knock him unconscious. Egeanin identifies him and they drag him out and leave him in an alley behind the Three Plum Court. (TSR,Ch52)
The Seeker develops a theory that Egeanin, Domon and Suroth are involved in a conspiracy that includes the death of High Lord Turak and collaboration with Aes Sedai. He confronts Bethamin and orders her to report on Egeanin. (WH,Ch20)
