• Sumeko breaks down during her test for the shawl and is kicked out of the White Tower. She makes her way to Ebou Dar and becomes a Wise Woman. (ACoS,Ch24)
• Sumeko confirms that Callie was killed with the One Power. (ACoS,Ch24)
• The Kin Elders including Sumeko are meeting when Elayne returns with the Aes Sedai from Tarasin Palace. (ACoS,Ch31)
• Reanne and the seven Elders who are Wise Women including Sumeko meet Mat, Elayne and Nynaeve at the Tarasin Palace to go after the Bowl. (ACoS,Ch37)
• At the six story building Reanne is injured by the gholam but is Healed by Sumeko. (ACoS,Ch38)
• Back at the Tarasin Palace Reanne and the five surviving Elders including Sumeko meet with Mat, Elayne, Nynaeve and the Sea Folk Windfinders. Sumeko is the only one of the Kin not flustered by Aes Sedai. (ACoS,Ch39)
• Sumeko and the rest of the Kin Elders wait in the Tarasin Palace stableyard to go through Aviendha's gateway to the farm. (TPoD,Ch1)
• Sumeko and the rest of the Kin Elders ride from the gateway to the farm. They take turns bugging Elayne to pass care of Ispan from them to the Aes Sedai. (TPoD,Ch3)

• Sumeko and the rest of the Kin Elders travel across Andor with Elayne toward Caemlyn. Sumeko, in particular, becomes increasingly disillusioned with the Aes Sedai. (TPoD,Ch20)
• Sumeko and the rest of the Kin Elders travel with Elayne to the Royal Palace in Caemlyn. Sumeko continues to show growing disdain for the Aes Sedai. (TPoD,Ch28)
• Reanne Corly, Chilares Arman, Famelle Juarde and Sumeko Karistovan summon Nynaeve to dinner, probably to lecture her on dealing with the Windfinders. (WH,Ch11)
• Sumeko faints when she feels the powerful channeling to the west. (CoT,Ch11)
• Monaelle checks Elayne with Caressing the Child while teaching the weave to Sumeko. She tells Elayne that there are two healthy fetuses. (CoT,Ch14)
