A nephew of Thom Merrilin. He could channel. He was married.

Physical Description

Owyn controls his channeling for three years, but the Red Ajah finds him, gentles him and leaves him. (TGH,Ch26)
After the villagers find out about Owyn they exile him. Owyn and his young wife both die within a month. (TSR,Ch17)

TGH,Ch26 - Thom tells Rand about Owyn. He tried to go to him to help, but when he arrived Owyn was already dead.
