Chronology

Nandera whispers to Sulin, "You spoke to gai'shain as Far Dareis Mai." Sulin concedes and says that they shall talk of it later. Nandera agrees. (LoC,Ch21)
Nandera leads the Maidens and Caldin leads the Mountain Dancers who guard Rand as he watches the Saldaean cavalry practice. They accompany him back to Caemlyn where they are ambushed by Fain's Whitecloaks. Nandera leads the Maidens who accompany Rand to the Sun Palace in Cairhien. (LoC,Ch26)
Nandera leads the Maidens who accompany Rand from the Sun Palace back to the Royal Palace in Caemlyn. Nandera dismisses the rest except for Jalani. Nandera and Jalani promise to keep Aviendha informed about Rand's movements over his strong objections. (LoC,Ch28)
Nandera leads the Maidens while Sulin is serving her toh. She gathers five hundred Maidens to accompany Rand when he Travels to Cairhien. (LoC,Ch49)
When Rand collapses from exhaustion, Min and Sulin stay with him while Nandera summons the Wise Ones. (LoC,Ch50)
