Iselle Arrel

She is the daughter of Edeyn Arrel.

She is tall and full-mouthed with very long black hair. She is seventeen and extremely arrogant. (NS,Ch25)

Chronology

Iselle is tested at age twelve for the ability to channel. (NS,Ch25)
After learning that Moiraine is Aes Sedai, Iselle goes to her rooms and informs her that she is going to the White Tower to join the Green Ajah. (NS,Ch25)
Merean has Iselle bring Diryk to a deserted balcony of the Aesdaishar Palace. Iselle brings Prince Consort Brys as well. Merean wraps them in Air and drops all three off the balcony. (NS,Ch26)
