King Ailron

King of Amadicia, ruling from the capital Amador. He is a puppet of the Whitecloaks who rule Amadicia in fact if not in name.

Physical Description

He is somewhat handsome with a long nose and big ears. His full, wavy, dark hair is receding. (LoC,Prologue)

King Ailron hosts Morgase as the Seranda Palace in Amador. (LoC,Prologue)
The Seanchan defeat King Ailron and the army of Amadicia at the town of Jeramel, but Eamon Valda and most of Whitecloaks escape and head east. (WH,Ch1)

TFoH,Ch16 - Thom learns that Ailron, meaning Niall, intends to take the eastern bank of the River Eldar.
TFoH,Ch28 - Gareth Bryne hears rumors in Altara that King Ailron plans to take the east bank of the River Eldar for Amadicia (meaning the Whitecloaks).
LoC,Ch1 - Rand and Bashere mention Whitecloaks in Amadicia, which is ruled by Ailron.
LoC,Ch29 - Thom and Juilin report that Niall is still consolidating the Whitecloaks in Amador. King Ailron is also calling in his soldiers.
ACoS,Prologue - Eamon Valda wants to put a puppet like Ailron on the throne of Andor.
