A village in far northeast Altara on the Lugard Road where it crosses the Manetherendrelle.

TDR,Ch42 - At Easing the Badger in Illian, Perrin smells the same stench as at Jarra and Remen just before he is attacked by six Gray Men.
TDR,Ch43 - Perrin tells Lan that he smelled the Gray Men and that he also smelled them at Jarra and Remen.
