Steler leads the Tower Guard escort including Malvin that accompanies Moiraine and Siuan's party of Accepted to take a census of camps surrounding the White Tower. (NS,Ch4)
Moiraine and Siuan stay over long so Steler, Malvin and the other Tower Guards have to hustle them back to the White Tower. (NS,Ch5)
