Alar warns Verin and Rand of the dangers of the Ways, but reluctantly gives them permission to use the Ways. Alar and Juin escort them to the Waygate. (TGH,Ch36)
Alar and Juin show Verin and Rand the Portal Stone, then leave. (TGH,Ch37)
Alar tells Covril and Elder Haman that Loial is with Rand and that Rand promised to take care of him. (LoC,Ch20)
