Nengar is one of the Shienaran soldiers under Ingtar and Rand who depart Fal Dara to hunt for the Horn of Valere. (TGH,Ch9)
Nengar is one of the Shienaran soldiers under Uno who depart for Jehannah. (TDR,Ch6)
Bartu, Chaena, Nangu and Nengar are among the Shienarans with Masema in Samara. (TFoH,Ch38)
Bartu and Nengar accompany Masema when he meets with Perrin. (CoT,Ch7)
Nengar leads Masema's army after Masema takes a small force to join Perrin. (KoD,Ch29)
Nengar is killed either in the battle at Malden or shortly thereafter by Cha Faile. (KoD,Ch30, TGS,Prologue)

TFoH,Ch38 - Bartu and Nengar are the only two Shienarans who really believe in Masema.
TFoH,Ch40 - Uno tells Nynaeve that Bartu and Nengar will probably stay with the Prophet.
