Physical Description

She is curvy, with dark hair in tight curls past her shoulders. She is barely into her thirties. (TGS,Ch29)

Rand commands Milisair Chadmar to produce the last messenger she received from King Alsalam. (TGS,Ch29)
Milisair tries to flee but the Maidens catch her. When she reports to Rand that the messenger is dead, he has her thrown in her own dungeon. (TGS,Ch31)
Nynaeve tracks down the dungeon and finds Milisair. She has been poisoned by Kerb. Nynaeve Heals her. (TGS,Ch32)
When he leaves Arad Doman, Rand returns Milisair and the other members of the Council of Merchants to their homes. (TGS,Ch42)
Milisair flees the city within an hour of Rand-s departure. (ToM,Ch25)

TGS,Ch29 - Ramshalan turns on Milisair when Rand suggests punishing her.
TGS,Ch33 - Nynaeve reports to Rand the Kerb poisoned Milisair and the messenger. He probably knows where Graendal is.
TGS,Ch37 - When Rand uses Ramshalan, Nynaeve worries that he will turn like he did against Milisair.
ToM,Ch25 - Iralin reports to Rand that Milisair and the rest of the Council of Merchants fled Bandar Eban shortly after he left.
