An under-lieutenant of the Whitecloaks. He is Saldaean.

Physical Description

He is lean and boyish. He has a great hooked nose and thick mustaches. (KoD,Prologue)

Kashgar holds Valda's cloak and sword belt when Galad challenges him. After Galad kills Valda, Kashgar acknowledges Galad as the new Lord Captain Commander. (KoD,Prologue)
