While loading wagons in Rhuidean, Herid falls halfway through the twisted red doorway. Lan hauls him back out. (TFoH,Ch2)
Herid runs away as soon as Hadnan Kadere's caravan crosses the Jangai Pass into Cairhien. (TFoH,Ch52)
