Elle is one of the Two Rivers girls that Alanna and Verin bring to the Culain's Hound inn in Caemlyn. Rand terrifies the girls when they taunt him about being the Dragon Reborn. (LoC,Ch10)
After Rand leaves, Alanna and Verin send Elle and the other girls up to bed so they can calm down. (LoC,Ch11)
