• Elin Warrel comes to the White Tower at age eighteen. At the end of the Aiel War she still a novice after seven years. (NS,Ch2)
• Elin is the novice on duty in the anteroom to the Amyrlin's quarters when Gitara has her Foretelling. (NS,Ch2)
• After over twenty years as novice and Accepted, Elin Warrel is finally raised to the shawl. She chooses the Brown Ajah. (CoT,Prologue)
• Walking through the White Tower, Yukiri and Meidani pass Marris Thornhill, Doraise Mesianos and Elin Warrel walking together. (CoT,Prologue)
