Omerna angers Niall by leaving a report and a secret message with Balwer instead of delivering them directly. (LoC,Ch31)
Eamon Valda and Rhadam Asunawa trick Omerna into assassinating Pedron Niall, then murder him. (ACoS,Prologue)
